A low impact, moderate intensity class to awaken the body and bloom into your highest self.
You will move with intension, take up space, build resilience and feel the famous barre burn.

Balance & Barre
Balance & Barre combines strength and mobility to create stability in the mind and body.
Through this low-moderate intensity class, you will focus on coordination, balance and strength. Mindful movement will help guide you to ground your energy and release tension from your body.

Low impact, high intensity!
Raise the barre promises to bring the barre burn in this total body barre class.
You will step into your power in this class through intentional, expansive movements, building strength and coordination simultaneously.
